After more than 30 years in technology, channel sales, and sales engineering, Amy stepped into real estate investing with a desire to build something more meaningful — not only for her family, but for the communities and people her work could impact.
Her journey into real estate began with education, action, and a willingness to learn through real projects. Today, Amy is actively involved in residential redevelopment, co-living, rental housing, private lending, investor partnerships, and fund-based real estate opportunities.
Her experience gives her a grounded perspective: real estate is not about chasing every deal. It is about understanding the numbers, managing risk, building the right team, and making decisions with clarity.
